Awakening Before the Desired Wake-Up Time
One of the Four Kinds of Insomnia.
Another common sleep problem that my clients often report is waking up an hour or
two before the alarm goes off. Some people fall asleep at bedtime fairly easily,
and sleep reasonably well through the night, only to find themselves awakening unnecessarily
early. This pattern can be very frustrating and leaves people feeling almost “cheated”
out of a full and satisfying night's sleep.
My Sleep Well Program works to counteract this problem using what is sometimes referred
to as a “pattern interrupt.” In the deeply relaxed state achieved while
using the CDs, subconscious suggestion is employed to alter this pattern and allow
you to wake up in the morning feeling truly well rested.
My program works by interrupting this pattern on a subconscious level.
“It used to drive me crazy—waking up nearly every morning an hour before
I had to—and then not being able to get back to sleep. It got to the point where
I'd go to bed knowing it was going to happen and it made me angry.
Since I started your program the whole issue has just calmed down. Most mornings
now I wake up at the right time, but even when I wake up early once in a while,
it doesn't get me all bent out of shape like it used to. I'm sleeping better overall
now, and the problem just seems to have faded.”
