An Inability to Obtain More Than a Few Hours of Sleep Per Night
One of the Four Kinds of Insomnia.
Another sleep problem is an inability to obtain more than a few hours of sleep per
night. A number of clients have come to me reporting that no matter what they do,
they can't seem to get more than three or four hours of sleep. One client even told
me she hadn't been able to get more than two or three hours sleep in more than a
year! Sometimes this severe lack of sleep is temporary; triggered by a traumatic
event such as a death in the family, a divorce or separation. In other cases though,
it is not directly connected any specific event and can go on for years. Some people
have almost accepted being sleep deprived as something they've just learned to live
with.
My Sleep Well addresses this problem by reprogramming the depth
and duration of sleep on a subconscious level. In the deeply relaxed state that
is reached listening to the CDs the mind becomes more receptive to suggestion and
significant improvement often occurs within a few weeks.
“When I started your program Benjamin, I'd been existing on no more than three
hours sleep a night for more than six months. Last night I slept seven hours! SEVEN
HOURS!!! That's unheard of ! I cannot begin to tell you how much better I feel—how
this has changed my life. Everybody is telling me how much better I look, and I've
even got my sense of humor back. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.”
